The Mindfulness Quartet (Das Achtsamkeits-Quartett )
A card game for the Bremer Krebsgesellschaft.
I designed a card game with lots of information and tips to prevent and help recover from illness: the quartet for the Bremer Krebsgesellschaft - seven good things for body and soul.
Twenty-eight cards, divided into seven categories, are emphasized by different color combinations, with topics such as eating, drinking, exercise or relaxation. It is intended to help support yourself in the event of illness without neglecting the fun. A poster with instructions and information in plain language is included in the boxing.
